Winner’s Edge Training Programme

Who should attend?

This training is unique. It is tailored for winners. For those who are winners and for aspiring winner’s. This programme utilises the latest science in communication and personal transformation to help you to maintain the Winner’s EDGE, or to achieve the Winner’s EDGE.

This training will be run as a series of 3 five day modules, run in consecutive months, focusing on the art and science of communication, personal transformations and presenting and public speaking.

The Winners come from all walks of life, business, education and public service.

This course will be run once annually at each venue.

Module 1 – The Art and Science of Communication

How can I learn all this in just 5 days?

The training is provided in two parts. There is pre-training study material, consisting of a comprehensive manual, book on Change Your Future™ Coaching Techniques written by Dr Tad James (the developer of Change Your Future™ Coaching Techniques), and a comprehensive set of CDs narrated by Dr Tad James. We believe this to be the most comprehensive set of training material available in the market place. All these items are included in the price of your training.

The pre-training material takes around 65 hours, and this is undertaken at your own convenience. At the end of the pre-training study, a questionnaire is completed to test your understanding of the material. This questionnaire needs to be submitted back to us, at least 7 days prior to the start of the course.

During the training, you will have the opportunity to utilise all the techniques discussed in the material, and learn of the latest developments.

The training is, intensive. We begin each day at 9.30am prompt, and complete each day at 8.00pm. So we expect you to take full advantage of and gain the greatest value from this training. It will be like no other training you have ever taken. It will be challenging, exciting and fun.
