Creating Your Future® is a set of techniques that help:

i) To release negative emotions (anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt) from the past; this emotional baggage is detrimental to the achievement of goals and outcomes, and has an adverse effect on the body;

ii) To remove past limiting decisions and beliefs that prevent you from achieving your goals and outcomes, such as ‘I am not good enough’ or ‘I am not worthy of a great relationship’ or ‘I can’t earn money in abundance’;

iii) To create a compelling future for yourself.

The concept of time has always interested science, and the great philosopher, Aristotle spoke of the ‘stream of time’. According to the father of modern psychology, William James, memories are stored in a linear manner. These concepts were developed in the 1970’s with the advent of Neuro Linguistic Programming and further expanded in 1985 by Dr Tad James, leading to the powerful techniques known as Creating Your Future® Coaching Techniques. These techniques work at the unconscious level, leading to fast and effective transformations that are long lasting changes in outward behaviour.
